Hours: 9.00am-6.00pm (Monday -Friday)

Role Overview: As a Sales/Bookings Representative, you will be instrumental in driving sales growth and nurturing client relationships. Your contributions will directly impact their sales targets and further enhance the company's expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels
• Customize surveying packages to suit client requirements and budgets
• Facilitate negotiations and finalize sales agreements
• Coordinate with selling agents to schedule appointments
• Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the surveying process
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and prepare reports

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience in the property sector preferred
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with surveying processes is advantageous
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to perform under pressure
