Job Title: Salesforce BA

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - office 3 days a week)

Duration: 6-8 months FTC

Job Description:

• Hands on experience in salesforce as functional consultant on Service Cloud and Experience cloud
• Understanding & gathering business requirement, experience handling requirement workshops, Writing User stories and acceptance criterias
• Conduct Fit-Gap in salesforce and provide work effort and duration estimation
• Salesforce Configuration of Experience cloud
• Create Requirement and Functional Design specification, Use cases creation.
• Assess the impacts on functional design because of the changes in functional requirements
• Functional Support for salesforce application in-Scope
• Assist Customer team in conducting 'Train the Trainer’ sessions on in-scope salesforce functionality for Customer Key Users
• Hands on experience in Agile methodology would be preferred
• Excellent Communication skills - written and verbal
• Service Cloud, Experiene cloud certification
• Knowledge of Experience cloud - Community builder, Themes, Templates, Einstein ChatBot, Live Agent, Lightning Design System
