Salesforce Project Manager/Business Analyst, 2 days a week in Hemel Hempstead, £50-60K plus excellent benefits and guaranteed £1,800 bonus

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our clients' growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in leading and managing Salesforce projects, ensuring successful implementation, optimisation, and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  • Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, scope, resource requirements, and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Business Analysis:
  • Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document client requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements.
• Salesforce Configuration:
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement custom solutions when necessary.
  • Ensure best practices are followed for Salesforce development and configuration.
• User Training and Support:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address user inquiries and issues.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to implement testing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Project Manager and/or Business Analyst.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of system development life cycles (Waterfall, Agile etc.)
• Understanding of, and experience of an ecommerce environment which is process driven but has a large back-office environment.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce capabilities, configurations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £50-60K plus healthcare and an additional £150 per month
Location: 2 days a week in Hemel Hempstead office
