Salesforce Developer - Experience Cloud - Hybrid - Outside IR35
Our client, a global Insurance company, are currently looking to hire a Salesforce Developer with a strong Experience Cloud background to join the team on an Outside IR35 contract basis. This role would be hybrid working, with the client site based in London.
The client are looking to replace their legacy systems with a Salesforce based solution, optimise processes, and improve the experience for clients and colleagues throughout the UK and Europe.
Role responsibilities:
- Develop high quality Experience Cloud solutions, leveraging both out ot the box features as well as developer custom Lightninh Web Components where required.
- Provide consultation on technical challenges involving architecture, scalability, system-wide performance and engineering best practice
- Follow technical standards for Experience Cloud and ensure they are followed for all implementations
- Produce high-quality designs & code
- Where required, effectively communicate requirements to offshore development teams and assist with delivery
- Lead by example, including mentoring more junior developers
- Responsible for carrying out regular code reviews and maintaining standards and best practise within development teams
Key requirements:
- Experience with the design and development of Salesforce solutions (experience of external integration is essential).
- Experience of acting as an Experience Cloud developer on a large Salesforce implementation.
- 3+ years of experience of Salesforce. 2+ years of Salesforce Experience Cloud experience desired.
- Agile Software Project Management methodologies such as SCRUM
- Advocate of TDD and development best practises such as SOLID design principles
- Experience of working as part of a multi-vendor team split across onshore and offshore teams.
- Proactively sharing 'what works best' with others across the organisation
