Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator

I am currently working with a respectful organisation within the education sector. They utilise Salesforce Marketing Cloud for all their communications. Over the past year, they have been investing more and more into Salesforce Marketing Cloud as a predominant marketing technology. This has created a gap for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, this role offers a chance to get hands on with Marketing Clouds functionality and set up, whilst being supported by a seasoned, technically well-versed Salesforce Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Salesforce Manager, advising solutions for Marketing Cloud
• Keep a strong, continues relationship with the business
• Asses and update Marketing cloud functionality
• Make sure best practices are in place during deployment
• Report and track campaign effectiveness
• Keep up to date with Salesforce new releases
• Make sure Marketing cloud is connecting well with other Salesforce products

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce
• 1+ years’ experience with Marketing Cloud
• Good configuration experience
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, AMPscript, SQL and SSJS
• Experience working with other Salesforce products such as Sales and Service Cloud
