Sales/Lettings Negotiator - £23K-£25K - Sowerby Bridge

Our client is a leading student accommodation agency based in Sowerby bridge accommodating University students across the Midlands and the North with high quality accommodation and they are seeking a Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team.

Job Role:

Estate Agents skills:

• A thorough understanding of buying and selling residential commercial properties;
• Current knowledge of the real estate industry trends and practices
• Communication and Customer Service skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and understand their requirements
• Capability of building successful relationships with clients; Ability to provide high-level customer service and excellent interpersonal skills
• building a robust network and fostering relationships to secure large letting contracts.

Sales and Lettings skills:

• Proven success in generating leads and converting them into sales;
• Experienced in lettings transactions and management
• Ability to identify opportunities for sales and close deals.

You will be required to attend networking events, seminars, and online platforms to connect with key players.
