An excellent opportunity for a sales & Letting negotiator has arisen within our team an immediate start and
candidate must be prepared to hit the ground running.
Expected start date: as soon as possible
Salary - £ depending experience
Capacity – Part time
Working hours – Flexible between 9am to 5.30pm and Saturday 10am – 4pm
Working days – Monday to Saturday
Transport – car owner and clean driving licence is essential
Job description
You will undertake all aspects of a Sales & Letting Negotiators role and duties will include but not limited to:
· Taking offers, negotiating and progressing sales
· Maintain regular vendor/landlords and potential purchaser/tenants contact
· Provide feedback to both vendors and buyers at the earliest convenience
· Check sale boards status and maintain window display
· Arrange and follow up viewings for potential buyers and accompany when required
· Fully qualify all potential vendors and purchasers using agreed documentation and procedures
· Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all properties being marketed to maximise sales
opportunities
· Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment with minimal supervision
· Provide property details to potential buyers and to ensure properties are matched as closely as
possible to the established needs of potential purchasers
Other requirements
· **Recent experience of working in Estate Agency with a minimum of 1 years’ **experience within real estate preferred or NAEA/ARLA Qualifications
· Good organisational and time management skills
· Smart office wear at all times
· Knowledge of local area
· Maintain an enthusiastic and high energy approach to your work
· Excellent communication skills with accurate, numerate and computer literate
Additionally, you must have the ability to communicate and deliver clear written or verbal reports
along with the ability to work under pressure, to strict timetables and with an exceptional level of
accuracy. Highly organised, you will have the ability to manage and prioritise your workload and you
will be a confident user of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel. Most importantly you will possess
excellent people skills and maintain professionalism as we deal with people from all walks of life on a
daily basis.
