Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly driven, motivated and experienced Sales Person to join our team based in Taunton. Starting salary will be from 25K to 30K (DOE) with OTE of 70K. The role would see you come in under our Sales Director. The person coming into this role will have a strong understanding of the sales process, good customer service skills, excel at responding to warm leads, building relationships and winning projects.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong communication skills and the ability to showcase are offerings in a compelling way to an array of clients.

A proven sales background in the window and door industry would be advantageous.

Objectives of the role:

Responsibilities

• Build & maintain working relationships with clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
• Set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to win new projects
• Possess in-depth product knowledge and willingness to always learn
• Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate quotations and following them up in an organised manner.
• Achieve sales targets set by the sales Director

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years in sales related environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Proficiency with CRM and data handling
• Personal integrity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
