Sampling Driver

Job Title - Sampling Driver
Salary - £21,602 per annum with scope to increase.
Location - Manchester/Liverpool area
Job Type - Permanent, Full Time (37 hrs per week. Mon-Fri 8am-4pm)
*Must hold a Full UK Clean Driving License due to nature of the role*
We are currently searching for an Sampling Technician to join a large testing company, in order to carry out environmental sampling and monitoring duties for commercial clients throughout the UK. Please be aware, this role will involve working outdoors in a range of weather conditions as sampling locations vary from houses to land-fill sites.
The Role
-Take a range of samples consisting of ground waters, surface waters, trade effluent, wastewater, potable water, gas, legionella, dust.
-Carry out on site testing using scientific equipment.
-Record and report data in line with quality procedures.
-Ensure company and client H&S standards are adhered to.
-Transport samples to lab in a temperature controlled device.
The Person
-Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Able to travel within the UK
-Must hold a full UK clean driving license.
