Yunex Traffic, is seeking a Systems Analyst with a focus on SAP, based at our head office in Poole, Dorset. If you are experienced with supporting SAP functionality within finance, service, or production, we would love to hear from you!
What will you do?
- Working with colleagues across multiple countries to assist with migration from multiple SAP solution into a single SAP solution, with common processes within each business unit.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for resolving SAP-related issues and providing technical support to end-users across the business.
- Investigating and troubleshooting complex problems in SAP modules
- Collaborating with other departments to identify, analyse, and resolve system issues within the defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitoring and managing the SAP incident and request queue, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Providing guidance and assistance to end-users on SAP functionality, processes, and best practices.
- Analysing and assessing user requirements, proposing system enhancements and recommending process improvements to optimise logistics operations.
- Coordinating with SAP consultants or external service providers for advanced system configuration and customisation tasks.
- Participating in SAP testing activities, including system upgrades, patches, and new implementations.
- Documenting support activities, incident resolutions, and knowledge base articles for future reference.
- Help the organisation to further Automate/Digitise processes.
Who are you?
- Experienced in supporting SAP activities and incidents.
- Must be someone who can communicate well and interact with different colleagues at all levels throughout the business.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work constructively at all levels to engender a deep understanding of the business impacts related to any changes made to the SAP environment.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, collaboration and communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn change management principles and methodologies.
- Problem solving and root cause identification skills along with strong analytic and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of ERP system implementation methodologies and project management principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
