And right now, we re looking for a SAP Master Data Steward. Based at our Capenhurst site location you ll manage SAP Data for operations, engineering and maintenance, including asset registration, material master registration and data cleansing. This will involve the setting up and implementation of a asset management programme in line with ISO55000 within SAP, to continually improve the way we manage our Urenco UK assets. The role will also provide expertise in SAP functionality at a local plant level.
What will your day look like?
• Identify and update anomalies or missing functional locations / equipment ensuring Asset Data and BOMs are up to date.
• Extensive demonstratable experience of working with CMMS systems, particularly with SAP PM, MM and ERP, MRP functional modules
• Experience of creation and cleansing of Master Data
• Attaching and updating records within the CMMS.
• Relevant experience with plant maintenance strategy and reliability centred maintenance
• Provide support, guidance and deliver training for colleagues in the correct use of SAP and Work Order management processes.
• Some understanding of Nuclear/COMAH safety cases and their statutory requirements for critical maintenance
What do you need to be great at this role?

• Appropriate demonstratable experience of CMMS systems used within an industrial environment
• Certified CMMS trained such as SAP PLM training.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to write clear and concise update requests.
• A well organized and self-motivated person with the ability to proactively manage their own time.
• A high attention to detail is essential for this role.
• A natural collaborative style to gain agreement and confidence in solutions provided.
• Sound knowledge and understanding of relevant health, safety and environmental regulatory requirements including plant specific safety cases.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement systems and tools.
• Excellent IT literacy including MS Office, CMMS (SAP) and an understanding of scheduling software such as Primavera / Prometheus.
• Extensive experience of using a CMMS / EAM package (preferably SAP with Prometheus)
• Proficient in CMMS Data Management.
• Experience with SAP Master Data creation
