SAP Supply Chain Data Administrator - 9 Month FTC

About the role:

As part of our ongoing transformation in our units to simplify our systems and processes making it even easier for our customers to buy from us, we are migrating to a new till point system.

This system will also integrate with our inventory management and reordering solutions, streamlining how we operate in units.

As part of the SAP Supply Chain team based at our offices in Camden, you will play a pivotal role in making sure that all Master Data from the legacy system has been thoroughly cleansed and is accurate before it can be migrated over to the new SAP system.

What you'll be doing:

  • In accordance with project timeline mapping & compliance, be responsible for checking the data accuracy in relation to uploaded information and completing data entry.
  • Keeping accurate data records using spreadsheets and provide regular project updates when required.
  • Creation, updating and communication of the project critical path as well as creating and maintaining process flow diagrams.
  • Liaise with our Suppliers & Manufacturers to request any product data/ingredient data required to input onto the new system.
  • Pro-actively manage any supply issues and communicate and contribute to the wider Purchasing & Supply chain team by producing/communicating weekly status reports.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. Pivots Tables etc).
  • Excellent communication skills both written & oral.
  • Can do attitude.
  • Excellent numeracy skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Well organised and logical thinker
  • Team Player
  • Previous experience using SAP is desirable but not essential.
