Savings Operations Associate

Harpenden Building Society are recruiting for a Savings Operations Associate based in Harpenden. The role also requires the post holder to provide cover at the branch network in Radlett, Tring, Leighton Buzzard and Harpenden as and when required.

Purpose:

To provide support to our members over multiple channels, ensuring that a high level of customer service is delivered whilst adhering to operational and regulatory standards.

Primarily based at Head Office in Harpenden, within the Member Services Team, a Savings Operations Associate provides support and guidance to the Society s Branch network who are the first point of contact to many of our members as well as supporting other departments within Head Office.

Support will also be required to the branch network of Harpenden, Tring, Leighton Buzzard and Radlett as required, engaging in face-to-face conversations with members relating to products and services they may have or want with Harpenden Building Society.

Key Responsibilities:

• To ensure that service is delivered in line with internal service level agreements as described in the annual objectives.
• To always provide an efficient service to our members, in line with the service standards as described in the annual objectives.
• To deal with management requests.
• To maintain sound knowledge and understanding of the applicable regulations relating to the role.
• To ensure that work is completed in accordance with Society procedures and policies.
• To perform all tasks/service in line with the agreed quality assurance framework.
• To be responsible for any keys in your possession.
• To identify and support vulnerable members.
• To process customers requests in line with the Society s procedures and policies.
• To provide onsite cover at our branch offices as and when required.
• Carry out branch cashiering responsibilities as required
