HOW YOU ADD VALUE
- You will contribute to the strategic planning of Engineering function in SBFE region, including CAPEX mid-long-term vision such as manufacturing and logistics footprint strategy.
- You will build and ensure Engineering standards or ways of working across SBFE Region, to support the overall supply chain efficiencies or quality improvements.
- Develops key projects for any of the SBFE markets and is accountable for leading and/or contributing to the implementation.
- Creates capability development programmes (for maintenance and management equipment)
- Researches and develops new technologies with suppliers for our future supply chain to create innovation or Kaizen opportunities.
- Aligning activities and stakeholders across SBFE in SC and other divisions to contribute to a more efficient SC (influence and build together)
- Leadership on strategic projects
- Project management
WHAT YOU BRING
- Engineering experience within a FMCG or technical environment
- Experience of delivering improvements from shop floor through to strategic/business wide projects
- Financial awareness and experience of P&L, OPEX, CAPEX and R&M processes
- Analytical and data driven.
- Communication and influence across all levels in the business from Operator to COO
