SENIOR CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER - LONDON - £45k to £50K+

Our client, a dynamic leader in the field of highway infrastructure engineering, is seeking a motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join their thriving office in London. Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial and technical management of projects
• Mentoring and management of team members
• Hands-on design from concept studies and strategies, through to detailed design and construction drawing issuance
• Effective communication and liaison with clients and the design team
• Preparation of fee proposals

Job Requirements:

• Experience in commercial and project management, leading technical delivery from smaller to complex highway infrastructure design projects
• Knowledge of UK highway design standards, planning processes, adoption, and contract procedures for infrastructure and regeneration projects
• Skilled in highway design applying DMRB, Manual for Streets, Local Authority standards, and design guidance
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civils 3D, AutoTrack, PDS Sign, and PDS Line
• Understanding of pavement and highway drainage design
• Working towards achieving Chartered status (CEng, MICE, MCIARTHT) with a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
