We are looking for an SC Cleared D365 Engineer to join one of our renowed clients.
Some of the roles and responsibilities include:
- Day-to-day support of services providing 2nd line application support via established Service Now resolver groups. Standard support hours are 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday excluding weekends and bank holidays.
- Familiarisation with the MS Dynamics 365 Portfolio to address and actively work through the prioritised incident backlog.
- Working using DevOps and Agile methodologies whilst guided by ITIL principles to deliver, run, and maintain the live services.
- Responding to incidents as per clients Incident Management processes.
- Management of the services using standard service management processes including, but not limited to, incident, problem and change comprising of:
- Triage
- Resolving MS Dynamics 365 Configuration defects
- Raising Service-now tickets for downstream issues as required
- Raising Microsoft support calls for any MS Dynamics 365 Product Issues.
You must have active SC clearance.
