Scaffolder Chargehand – (Brackley) – Fulltime

A chance to work on the largest Infrastructure project in the UK, spanning over the next 8-10 years

PAYE basis

On Offer:

• Rate of £21.31 per hour - first 39 hours
• Rate of £31.97 per hour - final 11 hours
• Rate of £23.66 per hour - average across 50 hours
• Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays)
• Lodge or Mileage paid depending on distance (Relevant Documentation must be provided i.e. Proof of Address, Tenancy Agreement)

Overtime When Available:

• Saturday – First 4 hours’ time & a half – after 4 hours double time
• Sunday – Double time

Candidates must have:

• Good experience and understanding of scaffolding works.
• Experience in leading by example in a working supervisory position
• Fully capable of supervising a small team of operatives
• Fully capable of recording daily work records and delivering safety briefings/Toolbox talks
• Ability to erect and dismantle scaffoldings.
• Ability to work from drawings.
• Experience in creating and attaching scaffolding.
• Carrying out checks and ensuring measurements are correct.
• Advanced CISRS Gold Card
• SSSTS or SMSTS

Preferred

• Advanced CISRS Gold Card
• SMSTS 
• Manual handling
• Working at Heights
• Driving Licence
