Your Role

As a Scenic Project Manager, you will be the visionary, leading projects from conception to the grand finale.Your responsibilities include:

• Project Excellence: Ensure every project shines, exceeding client expectations by leveraging company resources to deliver top-notch results.


• Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with clients, attending site visits and meetings to understand their dreams, deadlines, and requirements.


• Creative Interpretation: Translate project briefs into accurate quotations and initial drawings, showcasing your creative flair.


• Efficient Budgeting: Cost and budget each project accurately using their excellent Rental Management software.


• Design Mastery: Produce detailed construction drawings with Autocad, communicating your vision to the project, scenic, and tech teams.


• Logistical Prowess: Manage logistics efficiently across multiple projects, ensuring optimal use of resources.


• On-site Leadership: Lead teams on-site, overseeing every aspect from load-in to load-out, acting as a dedicated ambassador for the company.


• Relationship Building: Build lasting quality relationships with clients, suppliers, and venues,

• Strong background in scenic construction for Live Events.


• Proficiency in Autocad and knowledge of resistant materials.


• Excellent project management skills with an eye for detail.


• Enthusiastic, eloquent, and adept at client interaction.


• Happy to work flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends.


• Full driving license preferred.
