This role is an office-based position that involves being the main point of contact for Fujitsu's Ministry of Defence clients that require an IT engineer to come to their site and resolve technical faults.
The role entails communicating with clients to ascertain what the fault is and if they are able to troubleshoot themselves or whether an engineer will have to be called out; and then scheduling dates and times for them to visit, along with a description of what the fault is they'll be tackling, amongst other ad-hoc duties such as ordering parts.
Diary management/scheduling/booking skills required. Good communication skills, good organisational skills, fine attention to detail & sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel) are required.
