Salary : £24,000 per year

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 17:30pm

Tru Talent are pleased to be supporting an industry leading installation company in Ringwood. They are looking for a Scheduling Administrator to join their busy team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where you will play a crucial role in coordinating schedules and ensuring smooth operations.

Duties and responsibilities of a Scheduling Administrator:

• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for our surveyors and installation teams.
• Assist with various administrative duties
• Manage and update project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Serve as a point of contact with customers, providing excellent customer support.

What our client is looking for:

• Previous experience is an office setting or as a scheduler is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
