One of the leading organisations within their market are on the lookout for helpdesk/schedulers to join the growing team.
Job duties:
- Providing communication via multiple forms including telephone and email response
- Process all job requests promptly and accurately, ensuring all job’s are completed to a high level
- Serve as the key point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- Meet business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) consistently.
- Following up to clients to ensure full resolution of issues.
- Ideally scheduling experience dealing with the scheduling of engineers and support staff.
- Immediately available or within a short time period.
- Good overall communication skills written and verbal.
