Scheduling Administrator
We are excited to be working with a brand new client, based in Croydon, who are looking for a confident and organised Administrator, to join their team on a permanent basis.
You will need to be highly organised, enjoy coordinating with both internal and external contacts and be a confident communicator.
Your duties:
- Processing call-out information from clients in a timely manner
- Liaising with engineers/sub-contractors regarding call-outs and sending out any job information needed
- Accurate input of call-out/job information onto database system
- Update engineer/sub-contractor' diaries
- Updating clients via phone and email
- Obtaining quotations, ordering materials and ensuring successful delivery
- Raising/requesting purchase orders
- General administration duties
- Maintain your knowledge of the Company and competitors' services & products.
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships at all times.
The individual:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Able to prioritise your workload effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with customers
- IT literate: Office, Word and Excel
