Building Careers are looking for Scheme Managers in the Liverpool areas for a social housing client.
Rate: 14.00 - 17.00 per hour DOE
Contract: Temorary until March 2023
Full Time
Duties:
*
To deliver an effective housing management service to people living in a sheltered housing environment.
* To empower residents to engage in a range of activities and events that promote health and wellbeing and social inclusion.
* To ensure residents over 55 are able to live independently within sheltered and general housing using assistive technology.
Requirements:
* Must have expereince in a similar role
* Must be able to drive and have clean driving license
