A vacancy has arisen within the Housing Management and Enforcement Department for a Scheme Manager in one of our Independent Living Schemes.
The role is based at Jubilee Court, Pinxton.

The purpose of the Scheme Manager’s role is to support tenants in achieving an independent and positive life within a supportive environment of an Independent Living Scheme. The roles are responsible for the welfare of tenants and the general management of the housing scheme building. It can involve the moving and handling of tenants after a fall.
To be successful you will need:
- Experience of working in community care or in an elderly care environment.
- To live nearby to the Independent Living Scheme for quick response.
- Good organisational skills
- GCSE’s or Level 2 in English and Maths or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
The successful applicant will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
