Job Description
Flourish Education are currently working in partnership with a local school in Northfield who are recruiting for a School Administrator to join their staff team on a temporary basis.
This is a front faced role based in the school office and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective administrative support for the school to ensure a smooth operational running on a day-to-day basis. Duties will include dealing with parent’s queries, liaising with all staff, answering telephone calls, inputting data and welcoming visitors.
Previous experience working in a school in an administrative role is essential. Experience using Bromcom is desirable but not essential.
This School Administrator position is a full-time role starting immediately and is expected to continue until the end of the academic year.
Required Skills and Experience for this School Administrator role:
- Previous experience working in an administrator or receptionist role within a school.
- Strong IT Skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office
- A clear understanding of school data systems, school policies and procedures
- A clear understanding of the principles of Data Protection
- Experience using Bromcom is desirable
