School Administrator

We are recruiting for a School Administrator on behalf of one of our clients in Cambridge. The purpose of the role is to provide an outstanding data administration service to and on behalf of the college. Day to day responsibility for collection, recording, verification and maintenance of timetabling and registering students and participation data.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Take day to day responsibility for co-ordinating the entry and maintenance of timetabling and register/student participation data in the College MIS.
• Contributing to the operational effectiveness of the MIS & Exams department.
• To have a detailed working knowledge of the College MIS.
• To ensure compliance with all funding body, data service and information authority regulations.
• Provide a high level of customer service to all service users.

Person Specification:
Essential:

• GCSE English and Maths 9-4/A -C.
• Experience in an administrative role.
