Location: West Kent
Contract Type: Long-Term Supply
Start Date: After Half Term
Hours: 08:30 am - 04:00 pm (Monday to Friday)
Hourly Rate: £12-13 per hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• General Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining records.
• Minute Taking: Attend meetings and accurately record minutes.
• Student Records: Maintain student attendance records, enrollment data, and other relevant information.
• Front Desk: Greet visitors, parents, and students with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• DBS Checks: Ensure all staff and volunteers have valid enhanced DBS checks.
• Support Staff: Assist teaching and support staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in school administration or a similar role is essential.
• Enhanced DBS: A valid enhanced DBS certificate is required.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• IT Proficiency: Competency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive working environment.
