Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the school's administrative functions.
Maintain accurate student records and attendance.
Welcome parents, students, and visitors with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Coordinate events, meetings, and appointments.
Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
Collaborate with staff and teachers to ensure a smooth operation of the school.
Qualifications:
Having experience in school administration or a related field is preferred.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in office software and administrative tools.
A positive and collaborative attitude, with a passion for education.
