Satis Education are recruiting! We are recruiting for aSchool Administrator on behalf of our client school in Knowsley.
We are seeking aSchool Administrator for our client to commence in March 2024, on a Permanent basis who is committed to the vision and values of the trust and will provide outstanding administrative support.
Duties will include (not an exhaustive list):
- Provide administrative support across the school
- Liaise with parents/carers and visitors to school
- Updating school and pupil records
- Collect monies and ensure accurate recording on school systems
- Ensuring telephone calls are answered in a timely manner and dealt with efficiently
- Monitor deliveries to school
- Covering the main reception and ensuring all visitors are greeted warmly
Skills and experience:
- SIMS /ARBOR (Essential)
- Microsoft Office
- Experience of working within a school environment (desirable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
