- Location: SEN Base within a Primary School in Redhill
- Job Type: Temporary
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday to Tuesday
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administrative Assistant to join our SEN base team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to supporting the unique needs of our students and staff.
Day to day of the role:- Provide administrative support to the SEN Coordinator and teaching staff.
- Manage communications with parents, staff, and external agencies.
- Maintain student records and confidential information with discretion.
- Assist in the organisation of school events and meetings.
- Handle general office tasks, such as filing, copying, and answering phones.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and school management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A compassionate approach to working with children with special educational needs.
