School Business Manager

I am looking for a School Administration Manager who can do a temporary to permanent role, so you would need to be available immediately.

Your duties will include:

• Dealing with the school Finance
• Provide financial leadership and professional financial management for the school, including that of its extended facilities in accordance with the Academies Financial Handbook and administering payroll and pension-related functions.
• Deliver comprehensive financial planning, ensure robust financial systems and controls to safeguard finances and ensure efficiency and value for money (Management Accounts) .
• Dealing with any HR queries such as Payroll, starter and leaver packs
• Establishing and maintaining good relationships with all students, parents/carers, colleagues, suppliers, contractors and other professionals.
• Making sure that all communication with governors, professional bodies, outside agencies, are handled in a professional manor
• Implementing and reviewing administrative procedures and systems, by putting in place necessary controls and ensuring they comply with policies and procedures.
