About the Role:

Twenty4Seven are working with a primary school based in Derby with the recruitment of a Site Supervisor. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join a primary school in Derby. This permanent role is crucial for maintaining a safe and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors. The hours are 7:30 until 4:30 and the role is to start as soon as possible. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to play a crucial part in the school’s community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of building maintenance.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks including plumbing, joinery, and painting/decorating.
• Ensure the school premises are kept safe and secure at all times.
• Manage facilities and maintenance schedules effectively.
• Respond promptly to any maintenance issues and ensure swift resolution.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven background in building maintenance.
• Experience in facilities management.
• Proficiency in basic maintenance skills such as plumbing, joinery, and painting/decorating.
• Strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
