School Caretaker

Are you looking for a new opportunity or a change, We have a great role available in the Newcastle area. This would be a fantastic role for the right candidate. Monday to Friday work meaning you have a weekend off! DBS NEEDED
Duties will include:

• Setting the priorities for maintenance and repairs.
• Carrying out basic repairs.
• Managing access to the premises and maintaining security.
• Cleaning or supervising cleaning.
• carry out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
• book outside contractors for major repair work.
• make sure heating, lighting, and alarm systems are working properly.
• check doors and windows are locked when the building is not in use.
• open up buildings in the morning and lock them at the end of the day.
