The following cleaning positions are available:

52 Weeks

Harwood Meadows Academy, BL2 area– 11.25 hours - 3.30 – 5.45 - Monday – Friday

St Columba RC, BL2 area - 18.75 hours -07.00 – 08.15 & 3.00 – 5.30 Monday – Friday

St Columba RC, BL2 area – 10 hours – 3.30 – 5.30 – Monday - Friday

Blackrod Young People Centre, BL6 area – 10 hours - 06.30 – 08.30 - Monday – Friday

The Orchards Lower, BL4 area – 10 hours – 3.30 – 5.30 Monday – Friday

The Orchards Lower, BL4 area – 10 hours – 7.00 – 9.00 Monday – Friday

The Orchards Upper, BL4 area – 10 hours – 3.30 – 5.30 Monday - Friday


We are seeking to recruit Cleaning Operatives to work within our Schools 1st Service. The roles are responsible for providing cleaning services to schools within the borough of Bolton. You will be required to undertake general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, emptying bins and toilet cleaning.

About You:

You will need a good level of physical fitness; you’ll be task focussed and motivated to get the job done. Previous experience is not necessary, but you’ll need to be able to follow instructions and work to strict deadlines.
