We are looking for a School Facilities Manager to work within an Independent School located in Westminster.
The role
The School Facilities Manager will need to be well-organised, methodical, efficient and demonstrate exemplary attention to detail. The work will involve a varied portfolio, including oversight of outsourced services, promoting and managing lettings and assisting with events co-ordination. The appointed person will possess excellent collaborative, organisational and customer-facing skills. A warm and polite approach is equally important
The ideal candidate
- H&S qualifications (e.g. COSHH, NEBOSH) including CDM training
- IOSH Managing Safely or other risk assessment qualification (or willing to complete)
- Up-to-date First Aid at Work qualification (or willing to complete)
- Catering and/or Cleaning qualifications Experience
- Substantial experience of facilities management
- Experience of managing outsourced contracts
- Experience of supervising contractors
