LTA / Reed Education is looking for a dedicated School Administrator to support a vibrant secondary school in the Clitheroe area. This is a full-time temporary role that offers a great opportunity for the right candidate to make a significant impact in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with school administrative systems, particularly SIMS, and a commitment to professional development.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of communication with accurate use of spelling and grammar.
- Manage daily administrative tasks within a School Office environment.
- Utilise school administrative and financial systems, with a preference for experience in SIMS.
- Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
- Work flexibly and efficiently, showing the ability to use initiative.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with both children and adults.
- Uphold the school’s commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, with attention to detail in spelling and grammar.
- Previous experience in a School Office or similar administrative setting.
- Familiarity with school administrative and financial systems, especially SIMS.
- A proactive approach to professional development.
- A hardworking and flexible attitude, with the ability to use initiative.
- Ability to develop good relationships with children and adults.
- A strong commitment to safeguarding practices.
