CloudStone Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a school based in Lewisham a skilled and organised School Office Manager to contribute to the smooth operation of their administrative functions.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the School Office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism
- Manage administrative staff and provide support in areas such as reception, data entry, and correspondence
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration
- Maintain accurate records, including student information, attendance data, and school finances
- Handle inquiries, both in person and over the phone, with a friendly and customer-focused approach
- Assist in organising school events and managing logistical aspects of school activities
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a School Office management or administrative role is preferred
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Proficient in office software applications and data management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
