School Office Manager Job Summary:
- Manage the School Office, providing essential support to the Head Teacher and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Assist with front-of-house duties, including welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and supporting school events.
- Oversee administrative systems and procedures, including data management, health & safety reporting, and maintenance of the school website.
- Previous experience in a School Office environment is essential.
- Proficiency in SIMS is a must.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in supervising administrative functions preferred.
