Your new role Hays Education is working partnership with an independent Secondary school based in Leicester who are looking for a Premises Officer. The position will be to start as soon as possible and is initially presented as a long-term temporary role with the potential to go permanent.
Your responsibilities will include:
- General grounds and building maintenance.
- Safety + Security of building/minor repairs, painting, decorating, minor building works (building shelves, changing locks etc), monitoring cleaning contract.
- Responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the premises, including buildings, fixtures, fittings and furniture.
What you\'ll need to succeed:
- Possess an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
- Be reliable, resilient and hardworking.
