We are looking for a reliable School Premises Officer, with proven site maintenance experience and the ability to coordinate with a site team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a caretaking team as a School Premises Officer, maintaining the award-winning, purpose-built facilities of this large primary school site, including a flood-lit sports pitch and a large multi-purpose hall!
In this role as a School Premises Officer, you will help provide a safe, efficient and effective learning and working environment for students and staff and help in maintaining high standards and contribute to the aims of the school. The school need a School Premises Officer who possesses a proven track record of providing top-quality and efficient site maintenance ideally within a school setting and competency in DIY skills.
School Premises Officer Job:
Salary: £29,000-£31,000
Contract type: Full time, Term time, Permanent

School Premises Officer Requirements:
- Prior school experience is beneficial.
- Relevant site training/qualifications – COSHH, IOSHH, Asbestos Awareness etc.
- Proficiency in DIY skills for general maintenance and repairs.
- Reliability, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work independently.
- Willing to do overtime during the week and weekends.
