SalaryAdecco are currently looking for Cover Receptionists to work for our Clients across Bolton.
This role will be flexible - as and when required, to cover sickness/holiday's.
Duties:
- Answering phones, taking messages, transferring where necessary
- Managing mail inbox
- Dealing with visitors. Ensuring that they sign in and out. Issuing visitors lanyards
- Dealing with post
- Providing radio contact
- Managing lost property
- Diary management
- Other Admin duties where necessary
Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
- Previous Receptionist experience is essential
- SIMS experience is an advantage
ALL applicants MUST have an Enhanced DBS Certificate, or be willing to obtain one.
Additional Details
Job Type: Temporary, day by day
Days: Between Monday-Friday
Hours: Hours available between 7:30am-4pm
Salary: £11.00-£11.50ph
