Your Role:
As a Secondary School Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our college and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our front reception. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting visitors, parents, and students with warmth and professionalism.
Handling inquiries and providing information in person, over the phone, and via email.
Undertaking various administrative tasks to support the efficient running of the school.
Ensuring the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
Collaborating with colleagues to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a School Receptionist or in a similar role is highly desirable.
Hold a valid DBS on the update service (Disclosure and Barring Service).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general office equipment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
