As a lynchpin of this school you will possess first class communication skills, providing a warm welcome to our students, staff and visitors, as well as carrying out a range of administrative duties. A team player who has a positive attitude and flexibility to meet challenges as they arise on a day to day basis is essential.
School Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Managing the school's front desk, warmly greeting visitors, answering inquiries via phone and in person, and efficiently directing them as needed.
- Supporting administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments to ensure smooth operations.
- A willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check as part of our commitment to safeguarding.
- Knowledge of SIMS and behavioural systems is advantageous.
- Possess excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanour.
- Excellent practical knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc).
