You will be based at the Chippenham school site.We are looking for dynamic, well-organised and flexible people, with an aptitude for hard work and creativity, to appoint to this exciting post within our vibrant and inspirational school. This highly-valued role will be demanding and challenging but rewarding, where multi-tasking will be commonplace. The successful candidate must be an enthusiastic team player, with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with a wide range of stakeholders. The post holder will carry out reception duties for the school, welcoming all visitors, managing a busy switchboard and process a variety of administrative tasks. You will work closely with the Head of Learning to organise and run the cover arrangements of our staff to meet the needs of our pupils. This involves collecting information on absence and liaising with recruitment agencies to find suitable cover.
