About the Role: Within Corporate Marketing, we’re looking for four, full time Development Officers. These roles focus on student recruitment and relationship development with identified Schools and Colleges in key regional locations. Essex (1 role available) North London & East London (2 roles available) Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire & Northamptonshire (1 role available) Candidates must state their preferred location in the application form. With a degree, or part qualified in a relevant professional qualification at degree level, or appropriate experience, you’ll develop and maintain high quality working relationships between ARU and your Sixth Forms and Colleges. This will include organising the logistics of on- and off- campus visits, collecting and utilising data, tracking against budgets and building a strong network of stakeholders to support you in the successful delivery of your role. You must be highly organised, with experience of working in a fast-paced environment. It’s important that you can develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of people from diverse backgrounds. Working mainly from home, you'll have regular office-based work and extensive travel to your Sixth Forms and Colleges. You’ll be expected to provide support to officers in other regions as needed. There is occasional travel between campuses, national Schools and Colleges and occasional work outside of normal office hours is expected.
