Schools Booking Administrator - Wilmslow
Summary

As a Schools Booking Administrator, you'll be involved in lots of different tasks as you support the day-to-day running of the learning department. This is a busy and varied job – no two days will be the same. You’ll have an important part to play in your team meeting its goals, so you’ll always be looking at how you can offer help where needed.

Hours: 22.5 hours per week, we are flexible as to which days you work these but must be during school hours 9am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. NO WEEKENDS. Due to the nature of the role, we require you to be present during term time therefore taking annual leave during school holidays only.

Salary: £10.78 per hour

Contract: Permanent 

Interviews: 28th February 

Internally you'll be known as Assistant Business Services Co-ordinator.

What you'll be doing

You’ll be helping to administrate and support our schools offer. Your responsibilities will include liaising with schools, managing bookings, timetabling and completing other general administrative tasks. You'll be flexible and adaptable to help facilitate a consistently busy programme.
