Science Survey Administrator

We are recruiting an administrator for the grants team of a science organisation based in central London. This role requires someone with a knowledge and/or interest in science. you must be available for work immediately and must be able to commit to a 6 month assignment.

Hybrid role - 2 days per week in the office in central London

35 hours per week

Duties:

• Collecting data from grant holders and colleagues within the organisation
• Preparing and sending surveys and chasing for responses
• Creating reports from survey data findings
• Liaising with grant holders

The data is collected by the grant holders system which you will receive training on but you will ideally have used databases or CRM Systems before to create surveys.
