Pay Rate: £30,000 - £46,525 per annum

GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a passionate and experienced Science Teacher to join a thriving school in Sleaford. This full-time, permanent role is perfect for individuals dedicated to inspiring and educating students in the sciences.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging science lessons.
• Monitor and assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Support students' academic and personal development.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• Strong subject knowledge in science.
• Previous experience teaching science at secondary level is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
