Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Academic support to students who require additional help
- Provide 1:1 intervention for vulnerable students and those who are having difficulty accessing the curriculum

- Be a model of physical, mental and social well-being
- Constantly seek to improve and develop your practice and effectiveness

Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified to degree level and above preferable

- Excellent numeracy and literacy
- Ability to build strong relationships with children and adults
- Ability to be reflective and take on board feedback
- Ability to break down learning and plan activities
