Scientific Officer - Temporary

Job Title:Scientific OfficerLocation: Addlestone (hybrid working available with minimum 3 days in the office per week)Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Temporary assignment for 3 months

You will be working with a leading organisation, in the heart of their policy team, working with key stakeholders across the business to deliver an annual report that will be sure . Working alongside a team of specialists, you will be supporting a range of projects providing comprehensive administration support.

Although training will be provided, we are looking for someone with a strong understanding, gained either through industry experience or education, in the following:

• Antimicrobial resistance in animals
• Key animal health/ farming issues
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
• Analysis of large, sometimes complex datasets

This is a great opportunity for someone to use their degree or background in veterinary, animal, biological or biomedical science and put this in to practice.

This role is being offered on a temporary basis for 3 months initially, with scope for extension. You will be required to come to the site in Surrey too.
